Service Delivery

Services are provided electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing. Completed documents are generally delivered by secure email or another agreed electronic method.

Processing Times

Estimated completion times vary depending on:

• The type of service requested.

• The completeness of the information provided by the client.

• Client responsiveness.

• Court or government processing times, when applicable.

Estimated completion times are not guarantees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete, accurate, and timely information. Delays caused by missing information or failure to respond may delay completion.

Completion of Services

A service is considered fulfilled when the prepared documents have been delivered to the client or otherwise made available for download or review.

Docufiling is not responsible for delays caused by courts, government agencies, mail carriers, or third-party service providers.
