Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Docufiling, we are committed to providing professional, accurate, and timely non-attorney document preparation services.

Customized Services

Our services are customized and begin shortly after payment is received. Because each service is prepared specifically for the client, refunds are limited.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before any work has started, Docufiling may issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion, less any applicable processing fees or administrative costs.

Cancellation After Work Has Begun

Once document preparation, research, drafting, review, or client file preparation has begun, payments are non-refundable.

Completed Services

No refunds will be issued after documents have been completed, delivered, electronically transmitted, or made available to the client.

Government Fees

Court filing fees, government fees, notary fees, third-party service fees, and other expenses paid to third parties are non-refundable.

Client Delays

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Delays caused by the client do not entitle the client to a refund.

Billing Disputes

If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact Docufiling immediately. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly. Customers agree to attempt to resolve any dispute directly with Docufiling before initiating a chargeback through their financial institution.

Docufiling reserves the right to refuse refunds where services have been substantially performed.
