HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Fill out our easy intake from your phone

We ask basic questions about your income, debts, assets, and financial situation to see what type of bankruptcy document preparation support may be needed.

Step 2: Receive an email with our analysis, documents list and next steps

You receive a simple checklist of the documents needed, such as income proof, debts, bills, creditor information, bank statements, and identification. We have created a system to make this process and collect of information easy. We will send you the list of providers for the Bankruptcy class as well ( this is mandatory, but it's a very simple online audio for you to listen )

Step 3: We Prepare Your Forms

Once your information is complete, we prepare your bankruptcy documents based on the information you provide.

Step 4: Review Before Filing

You will have the chance to review the documents carefully before signing. If you approve it we will start collecting your signature.

Step 5: Filing of Your Case ( this is provided only with the full service price of premium service)

We will proceed to file your case, if you selected the full service or we guide you on how and where to file your documents with the bankruptcy court if you hired the basic service.

Step 6: What Happens After Filing

After filing, you will receive information about the filing of your case and the creditor meeting ( The trustee ( the bankruptcy administrator)  verifies that your bankruptcy paperwork is accurate and honest, and confirms your identity. This might be via zoom).

Step 7 : Take the second class

There is a mandatory second class that you have to take after your bankruptcy is filed, it's similar to the first class.

Step 8: Discharge Court Hearing ( This is only for the clients that hire basic service)

A typical Chapter 7 hearing will be schedule. If you hired the Full service the debtor usually does appear before the bankruptcy judge unless an objection is raised.
